Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Tap a tube to pick up the chips on top, then tap another tube to move them there. Chips can only land on a matching chip or in an empty tube. Sort the chips until every tube holds a matching set to clear the level.
What do the boosters do?
Undo takes back your last move, Add Tube gives you an extra empty tube for the rest of the level, and Hint shows you a good next move. If you fail the same level 3 times, the game also offers Skip Level so you can move on.
I bought Remove Ads but ads are still showing
Open the Shop (tap the + next to your coins at the top of the screen) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the purchase. If it still does not work, email us with your order number from the App Store or Google Play receipt.
What does Remove Ads include?
Remove Ads, and the No Ads Bundle, permanently turn off the ads between levels on that store account. Rewarded videos (for example an extra tube or a hint) stay available as an optional choice; they are never forced.
How do I change the colors?
Open Settings (the gear icon in the top-right corner) and tap Themes to pick a color theme you own or unlock a new one.
Can I move my progress to a new phone?
Not yet. Progress is saved only on your device and is deleted when the game is uninstalled. Remove Ads and the No Ads Bundle can always be restored on the same store account.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling the game deletes everything stored on your device. The game has no accounts; the analytics it sends are anonymous. To request deletion of data connected to your install, email us and we will do what we can — see the privacy policy for what is collected.
A level seems impossible or something looks broken
Tell us the level number and what happened. Screenshots or a short screen recording help a lot.
